Delivery & Returns
We aim to get your items delivered to you as quickly as possible.
All orders placed will be dispatched within 5 working days of ordering.
Orders received after 1pm on Friday, including Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

- Any orders placed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day will be dispatched on the next working day subject to stock availability.
Working in partnership with our couriers; Royal Mail & DPD they will make every effort to deliver your order within 5 -7 working days.
Once your order has been complete and sent out for delivery we will send you an email so you can watch out for your delivery.

Please be aware that delivery charges may change due to the weights and measurements of your order. Please also allow for fluctuation in delivery charges due to changing economic trends.
Orders outside of the UK and Ireland will be charged at our courier’s rate and will be established. Once your order has been submitted we will contact you via email with an accurate price to ship your item to the chosen delivery address.
At this point you can confirm or deny your order.
We will never charge an extra delivery fee without gaining your approval.
If we do not have a reply from you within 5 working days we will assume you no longer want to proceed with the order and we will cancel any dispatch.
Please note Joseph Walls Online Stores will take no responsibility for import taxes or charges into your country and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers from Ireland or Europe may get vat exemption, in order to this you must enter a valid VAT number. This will be VIES checked when we receive the order and if it is incorrect we will contact for the correct details or further vat payment.
Items that are bulky or of a heavy weight will incur a delivery surcharge.
This will be confirmed at the checkout.
These surcharges are applicable regardless of the order quantity and cannot be waived.
The surcharge will be noted on the item and confirmed at checkout.
We are sorry to hear your item didn’t work out, but we are happy to help with a refund.
All purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in an unopened and unused condition as received.
If we discover that the item has been used or has any damages we may deny the refund, therefore you may receive the item back or receive a reduced refund, to cover the costs and loss of value to the goods.
The cost of the return lies solely with the consumer, however if you prefer you can return your items directly to our Hilltown store (address below) so long as they are packaged up and labelled.
A refund will be issued within 10 days of the item being returned to our store.
